STRONG WOMEN: New STEPS to Breast Health
Starting September 13th, 2010
meeting twice a week, Monday and Thursday at 8:30 A.M.
Are you eligible? We are looking for women who are..
40 years of age or older.
Interested inimproving their health, vitality, and well being.
Motivated to increase their physical activity, reduce their risk of osteoporosis and other chronic diseases, increase muscle tone and flexibility, improve balance and do something special for them selves.
